Law Practice

As a Harrisonburg native and graduate of James Madison University, Andy was drawn back to the Shenandoah Valley after graduating from law school. He spent his first years back in Harrisonburg working for the local legal aid society, Blue Ridge Legal Services. While there, he helped low-income residents of the Valley with a variety of civil legal issues. After several years working for BRLS, he then worked at the local firm of The Law Offices of John C. Holloran, where he practiced in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation. Andy employs his breadth of experience at Hoover Penrod.
